Cancellation & Refund Policy
We protect studio time while giving artists a clear route to change plans when enough notice is given.
48+ hours before
One free reschedule is included per booking when requested more than 48 hours before the session. If you cancel rather than reschedule, a refund may be requested. Any further date changes are at Silkcrayon’s discretion.
24–48 hours before
The booking is not cash-refundable. The booking value will be held as Silkcrayon studio credit for a future eligible booking.
Under 24 hours
The booking is non-refundable and studio credit is not normally issued.
No-shows & late arrivals
No-shows forfeit the full booking value or credits used. Late arrival does not extend the booked end time.
Silkcrayon cancellations
If Silkcrayon cannot provide the booked session, we will offer a suitable rearrangement or refund for the affected service.
Discretion
We may make reasonable exceptions in exceptional circumstances. An exception on one occasion does not change this policy for future bookings.
